This year’s tarpon season is winding down for our area. It was a lot of fun and we did some really different things this year. Tarpon fishing from ladders, pontoon boats and even hand-lines were some of the highlights. Here is a montage of random clips from this summer’s tarpon shenanigans.

I just finished up this video of a couple days in Key West throwing the Hogy at tarpon.

I just got back from a few days of tarpon fishing in the Keys. I was filming for a project put together by Hogy Lures. We fished the flats the whole time and used nothing but Hogy artificial baits. Long story short, I got some insane video. Here is a photo I took while swimming and taking video.

We  caught a bunch of cobia while filming the other day. I took some photos but mostly shot video. I ended up getting some good underwater footage and I took a couple shots with the photo function on the video cam while swimming. Here are a few of the images.

These are some of my first shots with the t2i. We went for a walk through the woods to see what we could find. I shot most of this in 60p and then conformed it to 24p. It’s a fun camera to use.

Dysfunctional family trips are the best. This was a recent trip to NC to visit my grandparents.
